Two UTHealth Houston systems to undergo upgrades Nov. 2-4

The content management system used to maintain university websites will be upgraded starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4. The upgrade is expected to take seven hours. Visitors may be redirected to a maintenance page and notice pages loading improperly, slowly, or other abnormalities until approximately 3 p.m. To report any bugs or glitches, contact University Web Services at IT_webcom@uth.tmc.edu.
ServiceNow will undergo scheduled maintenance from 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2 through 6 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3. During the outage, the IT Solution Center can be reached at 713-486-4848 or ITSolutionCenter@uth.tmc.edu.
